Payout requests are taken from 9 am to 6 pm EST, seven days a week.  The payout method you pick will determine how the withdrawal is handled and also establishes the approximate processing time.

Requesting your payout is a hassle free process that won’t take more than a few minutes.

To request a payout please:

1. See the following Payout Methods below for details on the methods currently available.
2. Click here to chat with an agent or call Legends at 1-888-282-8989 to receive the necessary instructions from our Customer Service agents.
3. Or, if you log in to your betting account, you can also request payouts online using some select methods.  Please click on the tab called “Fund Your Account” and then choose the option called “Payout” for details.

Payout Policies

If your account has received a promotional credit or bonus, please be aware that it is each player’s responsibility to review and understand all promotional rules listed on our web site before making a withdrawal request.

If your entire deposit amount(s) is not placed in wagers at least once, any transfer charges associated with the deposit amount(s), as well as a 10% penalty fee, will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal.  Other restrictions may apply.

All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement.  The rollover refers to the amount of times that your deposit and bonus must be wagered.  For example, a $500 deposit with a $100 bonus and a 5 time rollover needs $3,000 in action. ($500 + $100) x 5 = $3,000.  Casino and/or racebook action does not count toward bonuses given in the sportsbook.

Please note that if you have not met your rollover, or if your payout is subject to fees, we will not process it until we are able to contact you and explain the situation to you.
